Parry's amazing partsongs have some of the most moving music to be written at this time.

Birmingham Bach Choir is one of the country's leading large chamber choirs and performs a wide range of choral music. Its most recent performance of a light-hearted summer programme (A Date with Shakespeare, in Bridgnorth on 4 July 2026) received the following praise:
