Start your Autumn in the most relaxing way possible. Lie back and let the soothing sounds of the Gong and Crystal Bowls relax, reset and recharge you. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the gong and crystal singing bowls letting go of stress and tension as you relax and realign your mind and body. Don't miss out on this opportunity to start the season with a sense of calm and clarity!

Yoga mats are provided along with a blanket, eye mask, and herbal tea. So you can relax without any input. However, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a cushion and your favourite blanket to help you get into a place of comfort and deep relaxation. Be sure to get your loyalty card which allows you to join me for 5 sessions to get your 6th Free.

Doors open 5 minutes before to give you time to get a find your place and allow yourself to relax and settle. Also please do not park in bays signed for Ash Grove.

Please note it is not recommended that those who are pregnant or have epilepsy attend sound baths, we apologise for any upset this may cause.
