Join us for night-time adventure at our Centre of the Earth headquarters in Winson Green as we set off in search of bats!

As dusk falls, come and discover the extraordinary world of bats which call Winson Green home! Our staff will be on hand to explain more about these amazing animals and show you how to use a bat detector (provided) to listen to the bat's echolocation calls and identify the species present.

After a short talk about UK bats and the species we hope to encounter on the night, we'll set off on a walk to hear and hopefully see the bats themselves as they flit and flutter across the darkening sky!

The event will run from 19:45-21.15.

On street parking is available on Norman Street.

Please bring a torch if you have one but we do have some to give out if you don't have one.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This event is weather dependent so please wear suitable clothing and footwear. Should heavy rain be forecast, the event is subject to cancellation but notice will be given as early as possible and refunds issued.
