THE STORY BEHIND BEAUTY FOR ASHES

Beauty for Ashes is rooted in the belief that our hardest chapters do not have to define the rest of our story.

Born from lived experience of adversity, survival and rebuilding, Beauty for Ashes seeks to create hope and opportunity for women who have experienced trauma and life-changing circumstances.

Its vision is to help women move beyond survival towards healing, restoration, dignity and new beginnings, through practical support, meaningful connections and access to appropriate professional services and resources.

Beauty for Ashes has already begun reaching women facing incredibly difficult circumstances, and the vision is to develop this work further, build sustainable partnerships and reach even more women who need support.

WHY A FUNDRAISING GALA?

Meaningful and sustainable support requires resources, partnerships and people who believe in the vision.

The Beauty for Ashes Winter Ball has been created to bring people together for an exceptional evening while raising funds and developing partnerships that will help this work continue and grow.

Funds raised through the evening will support the Beauty for Ashes mission and women on their journey towards healing and new beginnings.

During the evening, you will hear more about the vision and the difference Beauty for Ashes seeks to make, with opportunities for individuals and organisations who wish to contribute further.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME

Although Beauty for Ashes has a particular heart for supporting women, the Winter Ball is an evening for everyone.

Women and men, couples, friends, colleagues, professionals, entrepreneurs, businesses and community supporters are warmly invited.

Bring your partner.

Gather your friends.

Host your colleagues.

Or simply come ready to meet new people and enjoy a beautiful evening.

Supporting women as they rebuild their lives strengthens families and communities and everyone can play a part.
