Motherhood can be beautiful, but let’s be real, it can also be lonely, overwhelming, and exhausting, especially when you’re doing it on your own.

Beyond Motherhood is a space for women to come together, take off the mask, and feel seen, heard, and understood. A space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay or hold everything together. Just come as you are, share your truth, and connect with women who get it.

Held by a parent facilitator Shomoy, from 'The Mum Stop Shop' and a qualified therapist Nakeice from 'Mantas Creative Therapies', this intimate gathering brings together an interactive educational workshop, creative therapeutic exploration, and a guided therapeutic space.

Together, we’ll explore the visible and invisible responsibilities of solo motherhood, the mental load, emotional labour, inherited expectations, identity, personal strengths, and the women we are becoming beyond motherhood.

Alongside this, you’ll gain practical information on financial wellbeing, available entitlements, support services, and resources to help you navigate single parenthood with greater confidence.

It’s about reconnecting with what makes you you, remembering that your identity extends beyond motherhood, and creating space for the person you are and the person you are becoming.
