This Halloween, explore the idea of the veil between worlds growing thin as you let go of beliefs that no longer serve you. The evening includes reflection, gentle guided meditation and Halloween-themed journaling about beliefs you’ve carried for a long time and choosing new ones that help you grow.

No art experience is needed. Materials and light refreshments are provided, including stickers, colours, papers and spooky sparkle.

You'll leave with

Your own handmade Halloween journal card

A fresh, positive belief to carry forward

A little Halloween charm from the cauldron

A calmer mind and a lighter heart

New friends and good conversations
