Registration information:

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be made in full by debit or credit card through the Eventbrite payment system at the time of booking. Once payment has been authorised, you will receive an automated confirmation email from Eventbrite including your workshop ticket.

Please note on rare occasions we may have to reschedule workshops due to low registration numbers. We will let you know at least four weeks before the workshop date if we plan to change workshop arrangements. We recommend that travel and accommodation arrangements are not made until four weeks prior to the workshop. In some cases, we may move the workshop online due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action.

Your joining instructions for the workshop, including a programme and pre-workshop reading and logistical details will be sent by email approximately two weeks in advance.

Delegates will be requested to provide feedback on the content and quality of training delivered after the event. We use this feedback to plan future events and understand the needs of our target audiences.

Please ensure you select the ticket type according to who will be paying or reimbursing for the purchase in order for VAT to be charged as applicable. Failure to do so can result in cancellation of your booking and you will be required to re-book the correct ticket type.

Upon committing to a two-day long workshop you must ensure that you can attend the full two days to ensure you achieve your learning objectives and fully participate. If you do not attend both days we cannot guarantee alternative dates for you to catch up nor can we guarantee you will receive your certificate of attendance in this case.

Refund Requests:

Refunds may be requested directly on Eventbrite up to 14 days before the event. The ticket buyer is responsible for requesting the refund via the Eventbrite account with which you purchased the ticket.
