You need to understand the intended service, the planning position, Ofsted registration, the location, safeguarding considerations, the care model, leadership, staffing and, most importantly, the needs of the children the home is designed to support. On Tuesday 8 September, Care Property Hub is bringing the property and care sides of the children’s homes sector into the same room for an evening of education, discussion, networking and live Q&A. Children’s Homes: More Than Just the Property This event is designed to help you understand the whole picture before making your next property or business decision. Whether you are already involved in children’s homes, considering entering the sector, looking at property opportunities or simply want to understand how the sector works, this event will allow you to hear different perspectives and ask the questions that matter to you.
