Regulatory expectations are rigorous. Workforce pressures persist. Financial environments and multi-agency working is demanding. And yet, despite this, most children’s homes continue to demonstrate excellence. Our conference aims to share knowledge, strengthen skills, and support you throughout your leadership journey.
