This is the conference that informs, networks and celebrates Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals, owners and those who support their leadership. The theme for 2026, ‘The Complexity of Care: Excelling Amid the Challenges’, reflects the reality of today’s landscape. Children’s situations and needs are increasingly complicated. Regulatory expectations are rigorous. Workforce pressures persist. Financial environments and multi-agency working is demanding. And yet, despite this, most children’s homes continue to demonstrate excellence. Our conference aims to share knowledge, strengthen skills, and support you throughout your leadership journey.
