Join us at our first ever film industry networking party for actors and filmmakers in Birmingham

Award winning UK film company Trident Productions is bringing one of the country’s most popular film industry networking parties to Birmingham for the first time.

As part of our commitment to working beyond London and building a wider creative community around the UK, the event will bring together actors, directors, producers, filmmakers, creatives and crew for an open and friendly evening of networking.

Meet the core creative team at Trident as well as some of the cast and crew from our latest and upcoming feature films such as Catch or Kill / The Good Samaritan / FATED as well as many new potential cast, crew, collaborators and contacts from our growing community.

OPEN CASTING / CREATIVE MEET-AND-GREET

The networking evening also serves as an informal open casting and crewing session for filmmakers and especially for Trident’s upcoming films to be shot in 2026 and 2027 throughout the UK and EU, including:

Other filmmakers use the event as an open casting opportunity too, with Fleet Street Productions recently booking at least five actors and an entire crew for their next feature film at our events. Framespotting Films have also recently made offers to a number of actors and crew for upcoming short films.

FILM INDUSTRY NETWORKING NIGHT / OPEN CASTING

Since launching in November last year, our events and screenings have already welcomed and connected more than 1400 people, and we continue to grow, improve the format, and build an even stronger mix of film and TV and theatre industry creatives at each gathering.

This relaxed and open social gathering brings together actors of varying levels of experience, film directors, producers, crew, and emerging creatives. Connect with our team and meet other cast/crew and expand your professional circle.
