The session also covers the latest progress of the Employment Rights Act 2025, including effective management of probationary periods and the impact of changes to unfair dismissal rules for existing employees and new joiners from 1 July 2026.
We are holding face-to-face seminars at our regional offices and a webinar for those who would prefer to attend remotely. Attendance in person provides an opportunity for networking and to engage in a Q&A discussion with our expert speakers.
