Join us for the 10th Early Years Leadership Conference, a powerful day of inspiration, honest conversations, networking.

Don't Miss the EYLC 10th Anniversary Conference!

The Early Years Leadership Conference returns to Birmingham in April 2027 for our 10th conference, and this one is set to be our biggest and most exciting event yet.

Designed for nursery owners, managers, senior leaders and early years professionals, this inspiring one-day conference brings the sector together for powerful conversations, fresh ideas and practical strategies that can make a real difference back in your setting.

Over the years, the conference has become known for its honest discussions, motivating speakers and supportive atmosphere. This is not a conference where you sit quietly taking notes all day. It is a space to reflect, challenge thinking, share ideas and reconnect with why leadership in early years matters so much.

You can expect:

Inspirational keynote speakers

Practical leadership strategies and real-life insights

Discussions around recruitment, retention, wellbeing, quality and culture

Networking with like-minded early years professionals from across the UK

Opportunities to reflect on your own leadership journey

A day that leaves you feeling motivated, energised and full of ideas

And, to make our 10th conference extra special, we're bringing you even more! Alongside the conference programme, you'll have access to an entire floor dedicated to three additional experience pods:

Wellbeing: Enjoy a little time for yourself with self-care experiences, including hand massages and Tropic Skincare.

Compliance: Explore key topics including safeguarding and inclusion.

Development: Discover CPD opportunities, training and learn more about full and relevant qualifications.

Whether you are an experienced leader, an aspiring manager or someone passionate about improving outcomes for children, teams and families, this conference is designed to inspire and empower you.

As we celebrate our 10th conference, we cannot wait to bring the sector together once again for a day of learning, connection and leadership.

Spaces are expected to sell quickly, so early booking is recommended.
