With World Mental Health day being in the same week. We shall hear from speakers with some great Mental Wealth advice before we meet up in our structured networking groups.

Our event will be catered by the amazing food provided by Flavoured Fork, so make sure you let us know about any allergies. There's nothing worse than going to an event after work and being starving because you haven't been catered for, Take the time to complete the allergy questions on the order form please?
