Our focus isn't fine dining or complicated recipes. These sessions are all about creating flavour-packed, budget-friendly food using practical ingredients and techniques that can be recreated at home.
With the rising cost of living, we want to help people make their food budget go further without compromising on taste. Small additions such as homemade green seasoning and escovitch pickle can transform everyday meals, helping you create delicious dishes from ingredients you may already have at home.
