Freestyle Sessions returns to Birmingham Oct 8th — live music, spoken word & improv collide in a raw, rule-free jam. Step into Freestyle Sessions — a night where live music, spoken word, and raw expression collide. No setlist. No script. No ego. Just artists vibing, experimenting, and creating something you can’t rehearse. After gaining momentum last year, Freestyle took a break to allow for building works to enhance the space. Now we open back up to allow musicians, vocalists, poets, and storytellers to improvise, collaborate and push each other creatively. Every edition brings new faces and returning regulars — all feeding off the energy of the room. Expect a warm, open atmosphere where boundaries between performer and audience blur. You might come to listen… but end up jumping on stage.
