As autumn arrives, nature reminds us that letting go is a gentle, gradual process. This 60-minute sound bath offers a calm space to pause, breathe and release some of the pressure you've been carrying. Through guided relaxation and the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gong and therapeutic instruments, you'll be invited to rest deeply and reconnect with a quieter, steadier version of yourself. No experience is needed.; just bring yourself and allow this hour to be your sanctuary.

Please bring a yoga mat or camping bed or recliner chair (whatever works best for you), a cosy blanket and anything else that will help you stay warm and comfortable throughout the session.
