The key to this is market research - knowing your customers, competitors and market conditions will help you make an informed decision.

This interactive workshop will use practical examples to demonstrate how to do market research. Can you work out what are the important facts and figures in a market research report? You will be given a business idea to set up and will need to decide whether it should go ahead.
