Tickets:

Tickets are required due to limited spaces and venue booking requirements.

Your place is only confirmed once your pre-order has been completed. Please submit your pre-order by the Sunday prior to the brunch by 11:59pm.

The £5 ticket deposit will be deducted from your food bill on the day. To apply the £5 deposit, your total food bill must equal £5 or more. Please note that any additional food exceeding £5 are not included and must be paid for separately. Drinks are paid for separately.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable in the following circumstances:

deciding not to attend;

personal circumstances;

unforeseen events;

unable to travel;

changes in availability.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another member. Please notify The Mosaic Girls Club before the event so booking details can be updated!

Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by The Mosaic Girls Club.

The Mosaic Girls Club reserves the right to cancel and refund any tickets at the club's discretion.

Venue:

Locations are subject to change but will be restricted to Birmingham, for the time being. Accessibility information can be found on the venue's website or social media pages.

Data/Privacy:

Information provided through the pre-order form will only be used for event organisation purposes and will not be shared outside of The Mosaic Girls Club and relevant venue staff where necessary. Information is deleted after the event.

Photography Disclaimer:

Photos and videos may be taken during the event, and shared to The Mosaic Girls Club social media pages. These images may be used to share info about the event and promote future events.

The Mosaic Girls Club prioritises the privacy and safety of all memebers. If you’d prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let me know in person on the day or message me directly on Instagram or WhatsApp! 💖
