15 car spaces allocated on a first come first serve basis, however off road parking is available nearby for everyone else

Guest registration and verification (tickets including degree certificates and photo ID checked), followed by allocated seating

10–12 minute guided mini-rotations, followed by a 45–60 minute lunch break (Three course meal with unlimited soft drinks plus teas and biscuits in the morning only)

After lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with any potential matches of interest

Experienced coordinators and senior matchmakers available throughout to support and guide you

All interactions are strictly confidential and fully supervised in a halal, professional environment

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if you do not find a suitable match.

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control(e.g extreme weather, transport strikes, sickness, death). We will offer a new date and not be liable for any additional cost incurred by ticket holders

We are not responsible for any loss or damage including personal injury at the venue

If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, no refund or credit will be provided.

Tickets cannot be carried forward to future events.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or passed on to another person.
