Join South Birmingham Paddle Club for a spooktacular Halloween adventure on the waters of Selly Oak Canal!

Expect an atmospheric evening paddle, Halloween vibes and a little spooky mystery as a wicked witch lurks on the water! 🧙‍♀️🌕 Whether you’re an experienced paddler or trying kayaking for the first time, come and enjoy a Halloween experience with a difference.

Location: Selly Oak Canal, near Whitehouse Wharf, Birmingham.

💷 TICKETS

Tickets are charged per person, not per kayak. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please ensure everyone attending has a valid booking.

🧛 WHAT TO BRING

Halloween fancy dress (optional but encouraged).

A head torch or suitable light, if possible.

Warm clothing suitable for the weather.

Footwear and clothing that can get wet.

A change of clothes and towel for afterwards.

🛶 SAFETY INFORMATION

All participants must follow the instructions of the South Birmingham Paddle Club team and wear the buoyancy aid provided throughout the activity. Fancy dress must not restrict movement, vision or safe participation.

This is an outdoor, water-based activity. The event may be changed or cancelled if weather or water conditions make paddling unsafe.

📍 FINDING US

We meet at Selly Oak Canal, near Whitehouse Wharf, behind Sainsbury’s on Bristol Road. Please allow time to arrive, check in and attend the safety briefing before launching.
