Back by popular demand for the lighter evenings. Join us for our weekly Birmingham Run Crew, a free and inclusive 5km community run in Birmingham.
At BTND, which stands for Better The Next Day, we believe small positive actions today can have a powerful impact on tomorrow.
Run Crew is built around that idea. It’s a space where people can come together, move their bodies and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We meet outside Edgbaston Cricket Ground before heading into Cannon Hill Park for a relaxed 5km route. The run begins at 7pm and everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to running, returning after a break or already running regularly.
There’s no pressure and no set pace. Just show up, run at the speed that feels right for you and enjoy being part of the community.
The sessions are led by Beth Millward, who helps create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported from the moment they arrive.
If you’re looking for a friendly midweek run, a chance to meet new people and a simple way to build a positive routine, come along and be part of it.
