This beginner-friendly class will be led by one of our very own Space for Girls members — a European MMA silver medallist, amateur MMA fighter and qualified MMA and boxing coach! 💪🏽✨ You’ll learn how to punch safely and powerfully, develop your boxing skills and enjoy a little cardio along the way.
