Ready to try something new? Join Space for Girls and Brumisthenics for a women-only, beginner-friendly calisthenics session at CrossFit Digbeth! 🤸🏾‍♀️💪🏾

Led by three experienced coaches from the Brumisthenics team, this two-hour session will give you the opportunity to learn and practise a variety of calisthenics skills in a fun, welcoming and supportive environment.

You’ll rotate through three coaching stations covering:

✨ Ring skills, including skin the cat and reverse hangs

✨ Floor skills, including handstands, headstands and crow pose

✨ Beginner-friendly pull-up progressions

You’ll also enjoy a live skills showcase from women coaches and athletes, fun challenges with prizes from BULK and Gravity Fitness, open training and time to socialise and connect with other women.

No previous calisthenics experience is required — this session is open to complete beginners and all fitness levels.

Please wear comfortable activewear and bring a bottle of water.
