Whether you've never stepped foot in the weights area or you've been strength training for years, Lifting Club is all about building confidence, getting stronger and training alongside an encouraging community of women. Led by chanel (qualified personal trainer), these small group sessions are designed to help you improve your technique, challenge yourself and enjoy lifting in a supportive environment with no judgement.
