Healing Soundbath - Festive Special

The gift of Stillness - 90 mins! A gift to you, for you, from you!

A Little Festive Magic – Christmas Soundbath

As the festive season approaches and life gets a little busier, give yourself the gift of something truly special… time just for YOU.

Join Revive Wellbeing for a beautiful, deeply relaxing festive soundbath, where you can escape the Christmas chaos, slow down and soak up a little seasonal magic.

Surrounded by a warm, cosy and peaceful atmosphere, we will start with a festive meditation, to slow down, focus on gratitude of the season. We will then allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing sounds to gently guide you into a place of stillness, calm and relaxation. Come along to:

Release the stresses of the season.

Rest, recharge and restore your energy

Reflect on the year with gratitude

Make space for peace, joy and new beginnings

There is nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be and absolutely nothing expected of you.

Just lie back, get cosy and allow yourself to simply BE.

Because amongst all the giving this Christmas, remember that you deserve a little magic too. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.

We will share a mince pie and mulled drink after the session. Christmas pyjamas (or any pyjamas are encouraged)

With Love & Light,

Sue – Revive Wellbeing
