Come and join our friendly, safe and private peer-support sessions, where people can share their experiences, feel understood and support one another.

The sessions are run by Brain Health Breakthrough CIC, a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with chronic energy-limiting conditions since July 2020.

Our staff and facilitators have lived experience of energy-limiting disabilities, so we understand how these conditions can affect everyday life.

Long Covid and ME/CFS can affect people physically, cognitively and emotionally, and everyone's experience is different. Our aim is to ensure that people feel heard, understood and supported.

Everyone's experience is unique, and you are welcome to come along and meet others who understand.
