Following the incredible success of our first Road to Recovery – Lived Experience Conference, we're absolutely delighted to be back for our second event!

The overwhelming feedback from delegates was so positive that we knew we had to do it all again. Join us for an inspiring day of connection, learning and hope as seven new incredible guest speakers share their personal lived experiences of mental health, trauma, resilience and recovery.

Each story is unique, honest and powerful, demonstrating that while everyone's journey is different, hope is always possible.This conference is designed for anyone with a passion for mental health and wellbeing, including those with lived experience, family members, carers, healthcare professionals, emergency services, educators, employers and anyone wanting to better understand the human side of mental health.

Our aim is simple: to educate, inspire and reduce stigma by giving people the opportunity to hear real stories from real people. You'll leave with greater understanding, practical insights and, most importantly, hope.

We're thrilled to once again be hosting the conference at the beautiful Mytton Fold Hotel, Langho, providing the perfect setting for a day of learning, reflection and connection.
