This event will focus of the Barclays 5 Campaign

The event focus will be on the criminalisation of compassion, and taking action, for Palestine.

The British government has made it clear its intent on vilifying those who take direct action to break this chain of blood-spattered causation between Britain and Israel. The Barclays 5 currently face being sentenced as terrorists after taking direct action against Barclays Bank in 2024 due to its then-investments in Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest arms manufacturer operating in Britain.

The Barclays 5 face huge pressure and a complete miscarriage of justice. The farce of the Filton 24 sentencing under terrorist links has blown the facade of legality and fairness off the face of our so-called justice system, and we cannot allow more of our comrades to face years behind bars.

Join us this weekend at this key display of solidarity. We must do all we can to force our government to sever ties with genocidal Israel, and to support our comrades who have bravely mobilised and risked their liberty in the name of justice for Palestine.
