This practical, hands-on workshop is designed to give you the knowledge, techniques and confidence to practise Indian Head Massage professionally. You’ll be guided through a complete treatment sequence, learning effective massage techniques for the head, neck, shoulders and upper back, together with the professional considerations needed when working with clients.

Whether you are looking to add Indian Head Massage to your existing therapy practice, develop a new professional skill, or learn a treatment that you can offer professionally, this workshop provides a supportive and enjoyable introduction.

The workshop is delivered by Cathryn Lyon Therapies, based in St Annes and Cheshire, with a focus on practical learning, professional standards and helping you feel confident in your skills.

Professional Certification

Before attending the workshop, there is some pre-course registration information to complete with The Guild of Beauty Therapists at www.beautyguild.com (http://www.beautyguild.com/). We will provide you with clear information and guidance on completing this registration after you have registered for the course

Completing the required registration enables you to obtain the appropriate certification for your professional practice and insurance purposes and the cost included in the total price.

£50 deposit is required to secure your place.

A few words from Cathryn.

I have over 40 years’ experience in massage, holistic and advanced beauty therapies, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge, teaching expertise and real-world experience to every course I deliver.

Throughout my career, I have successfully trained therapists across a wide range of massage and advanced treatment techniques. My approach is very hands-on, supportive and focused on developing genuine confidence and practical skill — not simply teaching a routine to follow.

The feedback I receive from my students consistently reflects this. Seeing therapists take what they have learned into their own practice, develop their confidence and achieve fantastic results for their clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My aim is always to share the knowledge and experience I have built over four decades, helping therapists become more skilled, confident and intuitive practitioners — and ultimately deliver treatments that their own clients love.
