Important information:
All attendees must complete this Build A Business Registration Form to be able to join the workshop. If you have not previously submitted a Build A Business Registration Form, please complete after booking your place.
Please arrive between 9:30-10:00am for networking and registration. Workshop starts at 10:00am.
To be eligible for this workshop, you must be a Greater Manchester resident or the owner of a Greater Manchester located business within the following GM authorities: Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, or Wigan.
Marketing - The Essentials!
Join Rachel Craig and Karen Macwee from Ruche Marketing who'll be delivering Build A Business's all new marketing workshop to microbusinesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs, pre-startups and startups on the core essentials of marketing to get you started.
Rachel and Karen combined have almost 40 years of marketing experience and have designed this workshop to help give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to market your business successfully.The workshop will cover:
Understanding your customers/customer segmentation
Building an effective marketing strategy
Planning marketing campaigns
Building a brand through consistent marketing
Simple search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques
Creating effective social media content
They'll also be on hand to answer any specific marketing questions about your business.
PLEASE NOTE: The Build A Business programme of funded workshops have limited places. Failure to attend on two separate occasions without prior cancellation will result in you being blocked from attending future workshops. This is due to the cost of setting up each workshop and making preparations based on the number of sign-ups. This includes Know Your Customer; IP - Protect Your Assets; Business Basics; and Marketing: The Essentials.
