The walk will take place along the Ringley and Prestolee Towpath sections of the Manchester, Bolton & Bury Canal. Participants will meet at the Horseshoe Pub in Ringley, where local naturalist Russ Hedley will lead the group through the autumn scenery.

Russ Hedley will provide expert commentary on the canal environment, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the local wildlife and ecosystem. The walk is scheduled to begin at 2pm and is expected to last for approximately two hours.
