Let’s get curious about the parts of ourselves we hide. Exploring jealousy, anger, comparison and people-pleasing through shadow work ✨

✨ WELCOME TO THE VILLAGE: MEETING YOUR SHADOW ✨

We all have parts of ourselves that we sometimes struggle to sit with. The jealousy, the comparison, the anger, the people-pleasing, the insecurities and those little feelings we’d sometimes rather pretend weren’t there.

This month, we’re making space for all of it.

Together, we’ll dip our toes into the world of shadow work, exploring the parts of ourselves we might hide, suppress or judge, and getting curious about where some of our thoughts, feelings and patterns might come from.

Through gentle reflection, meaningful conversations and a little bit of uncomfortable honesty, we’ll explore what it means to embrace ALL parts of ourselves, not just the ones we’re happy to show the world.

There is no pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with, no judgement and absolutely no expectation to have it all figured out.

Just a room full of women, a little self-discovery, plenty of connection and a reminder that we don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of love and acceptance.

Because your shadow isn’t something to be ashamed of. It’s still a part of you, and it deserves a little love too. 🖤

Come exactly as you are. We saved you a seat. ✨
