Want to become more active but don’t know where to start?
Walk to Hike is a gentle 10-week progressive movement course for women who want to get outdoors, move more, build confidence and feel stronger one step at a time.
This is not about being the fittest, fastest or most outdoorsy person in the group. It’s about starting where you are and slowly building your stamina, strength and confidence in a supportive women-only space.
Each week has been intentionally designed to help you become a little more active, with gentle walks, manageable movement and encouragement along the way. By the end of the course, we’ll be working towards a final group hike together.
You don’t need to be fit to start.
You just need to start.
What to expect
Across the 10 weeks, we’ll focus on:
Building confidence with walking
Improving stamina gradually
Getting outdoors for your wellbeing
Gentle movement in a supportive space
Meeting other local women
Working towards a final group hike
Creating a regular habit of movement
The sessions will be relaxed, welcoming and beginner-friendly.
