Perfect for anyone looking to build trust, balance, and strength all whilst having fun in a welcoming community. This course is designed for absolute beginners, no prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and good vibes.

Over 4-weeks participants will learn the fundamentals for acroyoga through beginner poses and flows as one or more of the primary roles in acro.

Sessions take place every Wednesday, 7.15-9pm from September 30th to October 21st.
