At Dawn Swim Collective - Sea Dip Social

Come join us for a refreshing morning sea dip and hot cacao.

Get ready to jump into the icy waters and connect with new friends at this morning social event. Whether you're a seasoned dipper or new, this event is perfect for all levels.

Let's start our day off right with a dip in sea, some hot cacao, and some good company.

For women only.

We start with a short guided breath practice or meditation, then get in the sea for a brisk dip, and finish with hot cacao and conversation.

KEY THINGS:

We meet at the BOTTOM of Gordon's ZigZag in Southbourne

Parking is free along the cliff top and surrounding roads

Bring warm clothes to change into (we recommend thick socks, joggers, sweatshirt, hat, gloves, and padded coat or DryRobe

Bring neoprene gloves and booties if you have them

Towel and mat to stand on

Some people bring hot water bottles for afterwards

Please bring a mug for hot cacao afterwards

This is an informal, community-led swim. Please note that all participants enter the water entirely at their own risk. The organisers take no responsibility for individual swimming or dipping abilities. Be respectful of the sea- check the conditions, know your limits, and look out for one another. Please arrived prepared and stay safe.
