Littledown Harriers' Couch to 5k course returns for the Autumn, starting on Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 6pm- Book your place today!

Come and join Littledown Harriers for our next Couch to 5k course which kicks off on Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 6pm at the Littledown Centre, then every Tuesday and Thursday for 10 weeks.

Our qualified, friendly coaches will lead and support you through the course which will culminate in Graduation at Bournemouth parkrun on Saturday 14th November where again you will be supported by our Coaches as well as other members of our friendly, supportive club.

For just £20, you get 10 weeks of sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday evening as well as help and support to complete additional runs each week. You will also get a free running t-shirt which you can wear with pride at your Graduation!
