The course leader, Nicky, has six years of improv coaching experience and decades of performing experience. She has a calm and encouraging manner that's supportive and brings out the best in everyone.

Beyond learning the core foundations of improvisation, this course doubles as a powerful mental health boost. Each week, you will step away from the stresses of daily life to spend time laughing, creating, and being fully present. Improv teaches us to embrace mistakes, quiet our inner critics, and support one another in a safe, collaborative space. It is also a wonderful way to connect with others.

You will meet a diverse, supportive group of new people, forming genuine connections through shared laughter and teamwork. By the end of the six weeks, you will walk away with a refreshed mindset, a stronger sense of confidence, and a new community of friends.
