Growth Leaders is hosting this free Discovery workshop to explore the processes and systems leaders (exclusively in the digital, tech and creative industries) can implement to give themselves the best chance of building the business they want.

Growth Leaders is led by industry experts* to help business leaders** - through a programmme of peer groups, workshops, business tools and accountability.

The session will not only explore what leaders must have in place to develop their business for themselves, but show how peer groups backed by expert knowledge can make that journey more supported and less isolated.

By the end of the session, you’ll have clear idea of what it takes to successfully grow your business, some of the areas you can improve on immediately, and see if Growth Leaders is a good fit to support your development.

The Format

The session lasts for 2.5 hours. You’ll get a flavour of what happens at a Growth Leaders session, meet and interact with some of people you’d be working alongside and explore what best practice looks like in some critical business areas, such as:

Vision and Goal setting

Staff accountability

Staying on track

Sales, marketing and lead generation

Customers

Monitoring progress across the year

You will have a chance to talk about your current business and share some of the challenges you face with a roomful of others who truly understand - because either they have, they are, or they will face the same challenges too.

A few participants will be invited to 'deep dive' into their challenge with the other leaders. This way you’ll identify possible solutions to deal with them right now - through guidance from the peer group and the Growth Leaders expert – to show how effectively a peer group can generate valuable answers to immediate problems, in no time.

You'll find there is nothing more cathartic than being being in a room full of other leaders grappling with the same challenges you are!
