Network in person with fellow professionals at Director's Lunch with Alex Buttle, co-founder of Motorway.

Jobshop's Directors Lunch is an in-person relaxed event for directors and business owners. We are excited to announce our guest speaker - Alex Buttle, co-founder of Motorway.

Alex Buttle is the co-founder of Motorway, the UK's fastest-growing used car marketplace, which grew from a start-up idea in 2017 to a £1bn+ unicorn in just four years.

Alex is going to share the story behind Motorway, from the original idea and the early challenges to scaling one of the UK's biggest tech success stories.

He'll cover how three founders with no background in the motor industry spotted an opportunity, why understanding customer problems is so important, and a few lessons, stories and mistakes along the journey.

Practical lessons on building and scaling a business and what it really takes to build a category-defining company.
