A space for women to pause, reconnect and grow.

Life can get busy. Between work, family and the expectations we put on ourselves, it's easy to lose sight of our own needs, wants and aspirations.

Elevate and Empower is a welcoming women's circle where you can take time out from everyday life, connect with other women and give yourself space to reflect on what matters to you.

Each circle has its own theme, giving us the opportunity to explore different aspects of ourselves, from self-worth and boundaries to confidence, personal growth and the changes we want to make in our lives.

Through guided meditation, Reiki, journaling and open conversation, we'll create space to slow down, reflect and see things from a different perspective.

There's no pressure to have everything figured out, share your deepest thoughts or be anyone other than yourself. You can talk, listen, reflect or simply enjoy some time to switch off.

This isn't about being perfect or having it all together. It's about being honest with ourselves, learning from each other and recognising that we have the power to make choices that feel right for us.

Who is it for?

For women who want to make more time for themselves, build self-awareness, feel more connected and explore what personal growth means to them.

You don't need any experience with meditation, Reiki or women's circles. You don't need to know anyone before you arrive.

Just come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to give yourself this time.

A little about the space

This is a space where every woman is welcome, every voice matters and nobody needs to pretend they've got it all worked out.

We respect each other's experiences, listen without judgement and allow everyone the freedom to share as much or as little as they wish.

My hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself, supported by the women around you and reminded that you don't have to do everything alone.
