This in-person event is perfect for beginners looking to dip their toes into the world of pottery. Sarah of Leaps and Bounds Pottery Classes will guide you through 2 pottery making skills. You will learn the art of slab building a small vase or pot and also experience throwing a pot on the potters wheel! Then decorate them in a Christmas theme. Finally you will decorate your masterpieces with coloured underglazes. Sarah will then fire your pieces which will be ready 6-8 weeks later. Don't miss this opportunity to discover the joy of working with clay in a fun and relaxed environment.
Suitable for ages 14 and up
Limited to 4 places to ensure lots of personal tuition so book soon as not to miss out!
Please bring a small towel or apron. Clay can be a messy business!
Short nails are recommended.
