Join us for a hands-on exploration of safe, effective home herbal remedies at Gaunts House.

Under the guidance of fully qualified medical herbalist Terry, you'll discover the medicinal qualities, folklore, and ancient wisdom behind common herbs – then create your own remedies to take home.

**What You'll Make:**

🌱 Herbal infusions & decoctions

🌱 Herbal teas (various methods)

🌱 Foot & hand baths

🌱 Herbal gargles & salts

🌱 Herbal honey & vinegars

🌱 Herbal butters & syrups

🌱 Herbal lozenges

🌱 Infused oils & ointments

🌱 Herbal creams

🌱 Hydrosol making (demonstration)

**Everything you create is yours to take home** – including ointments, infused oils, and herbal syrups.

You'll receive a workbook to guide you through each remedy. Weather permitting, we'll harvest fresh herbs from the Gaunts House herb garden.

**The Day:**

☕ Arrive 9:30 AM – tea, coffee & biscuits

🕙 Workshop: 10:00 AM – mid-afternoon

📚 No previous knowledge needed – just bring your curiosity
