NEW MOON BEACH GATHERING 🌙

Once a month, we gather by the sea as the moon returns to darkness.

Each gathering offers a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and take an hour to slow down, move, breathe and reconnect.

We begin gathered around the fire before moving into a guided yoga flow, followed by meditation, reflection and an extended rest accompanied by the sound of the sea.

Each month we'll gently explore the themes of the New Moon and use them as an invitation to reflect on where we are, what we're ready to let go of, and what we'd like to cultivate in the lunar cycle ahead.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
