Join the Pier to Beer! A fun drinks run for all abilities, raising money for charity. Run, jog or walk!

Welcome to Pier to Beer 2027 – a fun, social charity drinks run along Bournemouth's beautiful seafront.

Whether you're a seasoned runner, an occasional jogger or simply fancy a walk with friends, this event is all about enjoying the journey, meeting new people and raising money for a fantastic local cause.

This is not a race. There are no winners, no timers and no pressure. Everyone stays together as we make our way between venues, stopping for a drink at each location before moving on to the next.

What to expect

🏃 Run, jog or walk the 7km route

🍺 Four drinks stops at some of Bournemouth's best seafront venues

👕 A complimentary Pier to Beer event T-shirt

📸 Plenty of photo opportunities and a great atmosphere throughout

🍔 Stay afterwards for food, drinks and a chat with everyone who took part

On the day

Please arrive by 11:30am for registration, where you'll receive your event T-shirt and sign in before we set off at 12:00pm.

At each stop we'll wait for everyone to arrive before enjoying a drink together and moving on. Nobody gets left behind.

Important information

Participants must be 18+.

Drinks purchased during the run are not included in your ticket price unless otherwise stated by the venue.

Please drink responsibly and remember this is a social charity event rather than a competitive race.

Wear suitable running or walking footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.

After an amazing first event in 2026, we're excited to welcome both returning and first-time participants to make Pier to Beer 2027 even bigger and better.

🌦️ Weather: The event will go ahead in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately.

🚗 Parking: Pay & display parking is available on Richmond Hill. Free on-street parking is usually available on Dean Park Road and Cavendish Road (a short walk away).
