We’re so excited to welcome you to St Peters Hall Student Accommodation!

📅 Check-In Weekend:

Saturday 12th September 2026 9am – 4pm & Sunday 13th September 2026 9am-4pm.

Checking in after these dates? Check in will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm only.

To make your check-in smooth and stress-free, please read and share/forward the information with anyone assisting you with check in / move in:

Our team will do their best to check everyone in quickly, but there may be a need to wait.

⏳ Plan Ahead:

We recommend planning your journey in advance – and don’t forget, there is no on-site parking (see parking info below).

Currently, there is ongoing road works in the immediate surrounding area. Therefore some of our loacl roads will be busier than usual

✅ What to Bring:

Photo ID (e.g. passport or driving licence etc)

! We cannot issue your room key unless you bring photo ID. photocopies or digital copies will not be accepted !

💳 Before You Arrive:

£250 deposit and first rent instalment are paid*

Complete your ID verification on the Student Hub ‘verify your ID’

Guarantor Information is complete and approved (guarantor information only required when paying in 4 instalments)

Add your Student ID number on Student Hub

*Payments must be made prior to check in. We cannot accept payments on the day of arrival. Payments must be made a minimum of 10 working days before check in.

You will receive reminder emails frequently if the above are not complete.

! We cannot issue your room key unless all the above are complete! !

📍 On the Day:

Head straight to Reception to check in.

No need to bring your belongings to reception – once you have your key, you can move everything in.

Saturday's - there is no parking outside of the building - I would suggest pulling up, unloading the car into the reception area, parking the car and then take your belongings to your room.

Sundays - 3 hours parking outside the front of the building.

We have a couple of trollies available to help take your belongings to your room.

Public Car Park details – Central car park, Upper Hinton Road

Train: Bournemouth train station - 6 minutes by car, 21 minute walk.

🚗 PARKING -

Our Student Accommodation does not have on-site parking facilities. A public car park is located at Central car park.

Surrounding areas of St Peters are monitored by a traffic wardens, fines are issued immediately, if seen. Mezzino/St Peters are not able to cancel or assist with any fines. To avoid fines, please use the public car park only.
