Join us for a volunteer led heritage walk from Saltaire to Bingley Five Rise Locks

About this Event

Join us for a 6 mile (if you return to Saltaire from Bingley with us) volunteer led heritage walk starting in Saltaire, heading to the iconic Bingley Five Rise Locks. We will be stopping for a 30 minute rest at the Five Rise before heading back to Saltaire. You are welcome to join us on our return tirp or you are welcome to explore Bingley and make your own way back.

Meeting point is Saltaire Trip Boat ///parade.slams.stump

This walk contains steps and uneaven ground

Please wear suitable clothing & footwear

Please bring water and any food you may need

Book now

Please book one time slot per person. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. These sessions are designed for adults and for children from seven years old upwards as an introduction to walking and are easy grade along our amazing towpaths. Learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways .

Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.

Walk ins will not be accepted. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or please get in touch with us to allow another person(s) a chance to take part. Social distancing measures will be in place and all equipment will be cleaned in between sessions.
