A women-only afternoon featuring beginner-friendly padel, talks on perimenopause and menopause, networking and refreshments

Join us for an inspiring women-only afternoon focused on movement, learning and meaningful connection.

This event will raise awareness of perimenopause and menopause, exploring how movement, exercise and community can support women’s health and wellbeing.

Whether you’re experiencing symptoms, preparing for this stage of life, supporting someone else or simply want to learn more, you are warmly invited. Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome—you do not need to be experiencing perimenopause or menopause to attend, and no previous padel experience is needed!

You can expect a beginner-friendly padel session, informative talks, an interactive Wellness Wheel activity, refreshments and plenty of opportunities to connect with other women.

Proposed Agenda

2:00–2:15pm – Registration

2:15–2:30pm – Networking and refreshments

2:30–3:30pm – Wellness Wheel activity and talks from our speakers

3:30–4:30pm – Padel games

4:30–5:00pm – Closing remarks, final networking and event finishes
