About This Event

Rip n Run XL returns on Saturday 17 October 2026, setting off at 7am from Wadsworth Community Centre in Bradford. Participants can choose between a 40-mile or an 80-mile route, both winding through the wild open moorland around Ripponden. A generous 28-hour time limit is in place to complete the chosen distance. The course is defined by steep climbs and exposed terrain, deliberately designed as a step up for those aiming at longer endurance challenges. Runners of all abilities take part, navigating the landscape at their own pace and according to their own strategy. This event offers a genuine test of grit and navigation across demanding, upland scenery. Ticket prices are available via the event website.
