Part of the Calderdale Festival of Food, Songs of the Seeds is an immersive afternoon celebrating the wild flavours, stories and landscapes of the Calder Valley.

Begin with a welcome into nature before wandering through woodland on a guided foraging walk, discovering edible plants, local folklore and the hidden stories woven through the landscape. As the afternoon unfolds, gather around a shared table for a seasonal feast inspired by the place you've just explored.

Through the woodland, enjoy an intimate live performance from Mr Moonfull, featuring songs from his debut album, Wilderchange – Volume One: Wild Gardens. Inspired by the changing seasons and local landscape, the music weaves together with storytelling to create a memorable day of food, nature, creativity and connection.

Designed to awaken all five senses, sight, sound, smell, touch and taste, Songs of the Seeds is a chance to slow down, share good food with others, and experience Hebden Bridge in a completely new way.
