If you have ever wanted to move beyond basic grocery store kits and learn how to properly prepare sushi at home, this session is for you. We are getting together in Brighton and Hove to walk through the fundamentals of crafting balanced, restaurant-quality rolls. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has tried a few times but struggled with getting the rice texture or the rolling technique just right, this will be a relaxed, hands-on environment to practice and improve. We will focus on the basics: preparing seasoned sushi rice, choosing the right ingredients, and mastering the rolling process so everything stays neat and tight. It is a great way to spend a few hours meeting others in the community who share an interest in learning a new skill. Please bring your enthusiasm and an appetite, as we will be eating what we make by the end of the session.
